Mandy is a marketing professional with over 14 years of experience and an MBA in International Business (2024). In 2025, she founded Sourdough Mama’s Bakery, operating out of the Piedmont Food Processing Center and selling her baked goods at the Cary Farmers Market and local events. Balancing a full-time career, business ownership, and motherhood ultimately led her to pause the business, with plans to return when the timing is right.

 

During this season, Mandy has chosen to dedicate her time and expertise to supporting women-owned food businesses through WE Power Food. Mandy continues to bake for friends and loved ones, explores watercolor and mosaic art, and is rarely without a book in hand.
