WE Power Food is 501c3 organization that focuses on the specific needs of women food entrepreneurs by providing resources, tools, networking and collaborating opportunities. Through our monthly meetings, we address a variety of topics aimed at helping women entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses. Earlier this year, we hosted an empowerment expo in Boone for women food entrepreneurs and due to the success of that event, we will be hosting three conferences in economically distressed counties throughout North Carolina in 2023. We have provided financial assistance to a woman owned company and have recently started a scholarship fund to provide assistance to another woman owned food business.
Donations made to WE Power Food will help fund our scholarship program as well as provide free tickets to our seminars for women who may need financial assistance to attend. Donations to WE Power Food are tax deductible.
