Abena Antwi is the Founder and CEO of Ashanti Styles LLC, she is a mother of 2 boys who are 17 and 9 years old. Abena’s vision is to make Africa’s culture and experience accessible to everyone. You don't have to take a trip to Africa to experience the people and culture.  Abena strives to bring you everything from Africa including food and an assortment of accessories. Some of the proceeds goes to support education In her village where she grew up in Ghana, West Africa.

Abena Antwi is currently the Product Designer for Burt’s Bees. Abena earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Kean University and Masters in Cosmetic Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University both in New Jersey. Her knowledge of chemistry and passion for cooking lends to the making of the Queen’s Jollof Sauce, Honey Jerk BBQ Sauce, Cajun and Jerk seasonings.
