Sue Ellsworth is the Founder of WE Power Food and Manager of Piedmont Food Processing Center where she works closely with small food businesses, guiding them through the challenges of production, scaling, regulations and navigating the food industry. With a deep commitment to fostering sustainable and equitable food systems, Sue serves on the Orange County Ag Extension Advisory Council, contributing to local agricultural initiatives. She is also a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier, an international organization of women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality. When she’s not supporting food entrepreneurs, Sue enjoys life in Orange County with her partner, their three cats, a dog, and a lively flock of chickens.
